1-FLU-STOP TABLETS
Each tablet contains:
(400mg Paracetamol + 2mg Chlorpheniramine Maleate + 50mg Ascorbic acid) in blister sheet of 10 coated tablet
.
2-Ponstole Capsule 250mg BP
Each capsule contains 250mg Mefenamic acid BP
Blister sheet of 12 capsules.
3-Trimoxazole suspension (pediatric)
Each teaspoonful (5ml) contains:
Sulfamethoxazole BP 200mg
Trimethoprim and BP 40mg |

Our company entered into a contract with (KIMADIA) by supplying it since 2005 up till now, with the drugs produced at our company as shown in the schedules where it shows the materials, quantities and the number of awards.
Note regarding the implementation of contracts:
1- We supplied (KIMADIA) with emergency drugs by (direct sales) which is not subject to the provisions of fixed contracts due to our fast execution of such immediate orders.
2- No liquidated damages have ever been imposed on us for delay in executing contracts for the years 2005, 2006 and 2007.
3- In view of the deteriorating security situation and its impact on certain companies, we submitted a request to (KIMADIA) offering to execute the contracts of the companies that could not fulfill theirs.
4- We have transported some of (KIMADIA’s) materials from their warehouses to the Iraqi Provinces at our own expense as a contribution to facilitate their task in providing the Provinces with drugs as a result of the loss of some of their vehicles due to terrorism. |
