Paracetin is indicated for the relief of pain and fever from headaches, migraine, common colds and flu, sore throat, toothache, backache, rheumatic and muscular pain, neuralgia, and period pain.

1. Dosage:
- Each tablet contains 500 mg of Paracetamol.

2. What Paracetin is and what is it used for:
Paracetamol is a clinically proven analgesic and antipyretic. Paracetin is indicated for the relief of pain and fever from headaches, migraine, common colds and flu, sore throat, toothache, backache, rheumatic and muscular pain, neuralgia, and period pain.

3. Warnings and Precautions:
Paracetin should be used with caution in case of severe liver or kidney damage.

4. Overdose:
In massive overdosage, exceeding 10 g of paracetamol may cause liver damage, early symptoms may cause nausea, vomiting, and general malaise.

5. Dose:
Adults (Including the Elderly) and Children Aged 12 Years and Over:
- Take 2 tablets up to four times daily as required.
- Don’t take more often than every 4 hours.
- Don’t take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Children Aged 6-12 Years:
- Take half to one tablet three to four times a day as needed.
- Don’t take more often than 4 hours.
- Don’t take more than 4 tablets in 24 hours.
- Don’t take more than 3 days without medical advice.
Children Under 6 Years Old:
- Not Recommended for children under 6 years old.

6. Possible Side Effects:
Paracetin is usually free from side effects. However, skin reactions such as Urticaria have been reported.
